I have over 18 years’ experience in the food industry working in Category Insight and Shopper Marketing across all key channels, Top 4 Retailers, Convenience, Impulse, Online, Food Service, Distributors and International Markets. I have worked across Chilled, Frozen and Ambient categories for both small and large manufacturers.

Ten years of my career involved working on ready meals, chilled, frozen and ready to cook. I have a wide-ranging knowledge of the market, consumers and launching products into this category

I have a Bsc Degree in Geography giving me a strong grounding in Environmental issues and particularly Climate Change. My long term mission is to merge these areas of expertise bringing new thinking, experience and services to the food industry.
